                How does the Subscription Model work?
When you order a product with a subscription model, you will be charged a discounted price on the day and have the product delivered.
Select how often you want re-delivery to take place, based on your doggo's size & weight, as recommended below:
- Delivery every 3 weeks  - For dogs over 45 kg
- Delivery every 4 weeks - For dogs 35 - 45 kg
- Delivery every 6 weeks - For dogs 35 kg and less 
You can then relax, knowing your product will always arrive in time and your doggo will have their favorite treats!

Yes! You can update any details, including product selection and subscription frequency, without any cost.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time as well - we do hope you remain a YUMAWOOF LLC customer, however appreciate that your plans may change, so this is all done at 0 costs.

Pets respond at different paces. Use daily and allow a few weeks. Make sure you’re giving the label serving for your pet’s weight (do not exceed the maximum daily amount).
You may split the daily amount into 2–3 smaller servings with meals. If you’re unsure, ask your veterinarian.

                Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied, you can return items within 30 days from delivery for a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange.
Refunds cover the product price, applicable taxes, and the original standard shipping charge. Return-shipping costs and any expedited-shipping upgrades aren’t refundable. Loyalty points earned on the order are removed when a return is processed.
